Ridiculous Design Rules
Esta semana se presenta en el Book Fair de Londres: “Never use White Type on Black Background (and 50 others Ridiculous Design rules)“, un libro iniciativa de Anneloes van Gaalen editado por Bis Publishers, que estará en la calle a finales del mes de Mayo. El libro recoge de manera divertida 50 tópicos o reglas sobre el diseño gráfico que los diseñadores suelen asumir y a la vez romper de vez en cuando. Lo que para unos son dogmas, para otros no son más que meras restricciones. Subcoolture participa ilustrando algunas de sus páginas.
“Never use White Type on Black Background (and 50 others Ridiculous Design Rules),” a book edited by Bis Publishers and by Anneloesvan Gaalen initiative, it’s presented this week at the London Book Fair. The edition will be out there at the end of May and takes a 50 fun topics or graphic design rules that designers tend to assume or break as appropiate. What for some dogmas are, others think that are nothing more than mere restrictions. Subcoolture is involved in illustrating some of its pages.
Pasajes Diseño
Aparición en el número de Abril (#12) de la revista Pasajes Diseño. Pasajes es una joven y destacada revista que se dedica al diseño y a la cultura del proyecto. Trata sobre todo cuestiones de diseño industrial, arquitectura y diseño gráfico. La entrevista es de Ruben B., colaborador habitual y editor del sello PICNIC y la fotografía es de Jara Varela.
